All prices are subject to change without notice.
Delivery:
We ship by UPS, DHL or Post Office as well as common carrier. Express mail is available upon request.
Damaged Merchandise
All damaged Merchandise should be held in the original carton and notify the delivering carrier immediately and request an inspection.. DO NOT MAIL ANY DAMAGED MERCHANDISE BACK. TO US.
Return Policy:
No returns without prior authorization.. All returns must be made within 14 days after receipt. Merchandise must be in original box and original packing, otherwise no credit will be issued. NOTE: All returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
Credit Terms:
Net 30 days to establish rated accounts. Please include with the order three credit reference with necessary name and addresses as well as bank address and account. Please do not give 800 numbers . On first orders to expedite shipping, please make payment with credit card until credit may be established.
Past Due Accounts:
Past due accounts will be charged 1 1/2% per month, 18% yearly. We reserve the right to decline to sell to a customer who continually abuses our credit terms.
C.O.D. Accounts
COD. shipments (1st order only) must be accompanied by a deposit of 25 % of the total order.
Remittance should be made by credit card, certified check or money order. Personal check, will delay shipment of your order.
New Accounts:
Minimum opening order is $150. To expedite your order, please furnish us with four (4) credit references with complete names and addresses as well as your bank with account number.. Please do not furnish us with 800 numbers. On first order , to expedite shipping, please make payment with a credit card until credit is established. Any order under $25.00 will incur a $5.00 service charge thereafter.
